Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences The ideal candidate will assist in supervising staff maintaining service standards managing guest relations and driving revenue and profitability while upholding brand values Key Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams for timely and efficient service Supervise train and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high service and product standards Greet guests handle queries and complaints professionally and ensure complete guest satisfaction Support in staff scheduling attendance tracking and shift management Monitor restaurant cleanliness hygiene and compliance with safety regulations Assist in inventory management requisitions and control of operating supplies and equipment Help achieve restaurant sales targets and control costs to maximize profitability Support in menu planning promotions and special events in collaboration with the F B Manager and Chef Maintain accurate records for billing cash handling and daily reports Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance the dining experience Requirements Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality 3-6 years of F B experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role Strong knowledge of restaurant operations service standards and guest handling Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software Flexibility to work in shifts weekends and holidays Key Skills Guest Service Excellence Team Leadership Training F B Operations Management Cost Control Inventory Communication Coordination Problem Solving Decision Making Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Provident Fund
