Proven leader in driving positive change and creating a culture of winning for external and internal stakeholders 8 years of experience in project management within IT engineering or consulting environments Hands-on experience managing and configuring Jira or similar tools including workflows custom fields automations and reporting Strong understanding of release management QA processes and documentation standards in a technical environment Ability to track and report on product goals ETCs risks and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives Strong organizational problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on driving execution and continuous improvement Excellent communication and facilitation skills especially across time zones with both technical and non-technical audiences Fluent English written and verbal Proactive ownership - takes initiative to follow through on tasks and chase down unresolved items Heavy Industrial Manufacturing experience Client-facing experience - confident in facilitating and interacting with external stakeholders and representing the company professionally Adaptability -
