Role: Inside Sales Executive:
We're looking for high-energy sales professionals who can own the end-to-end sales funnel – from connecting with prospects to closing deals. If you're hungry to grow, crush targets, and help students unlock their future, this is your place.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads and follow up with potential students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, etc.
- Counsel students on career paths and recommend Unlox programs aligned with their goals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead → demo → enrollment → payment closure.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly & quarterly).
- Maintain accurate records on CRM and ensure high lead conversion ratios.
- Work with marketing teams to optimise lead quality & campaigns.
- Contribute to branding and student experience with a customer-first approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any field, MBA preferred but not mandatory).
2–3 years of experience in inside Sales/ Edtech / B2C consultative sales.
Excellent communication & persuasion skills (English + regional languages a plus).
Strong negotiation & closing skills with a target-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools & lead management systems.
Passion for edtech, career development & student success.
