Role Description We are looking for a Co-Founder & CTO to own and build the next generation of our technology. This is a builder’s role, not a managerial CTO role. You will lead the entire technology vision, architecture and implementation for Let'scrap. You will work closely with the founding team to rebuild our current outsourced platform into a scalable proprietary tech suite. You will be responsible for: - Tech strategy - Hands-on coding - Architecture & infra - Product roadmap - Data integrity - Dashboard development - Process automation - Team building (in future) You will shape how India’s waste, packaging scrap and recycling ecosystem becomes traceable and compliant. What will you Build first (12-18 months) - v2 of Letscrap’s platform (web + mobile) - Material traceability engine (QR/RFID/IOT integrations) - Enterprise-grade dashboards - Waste & scrap movement workflow systems - Automated recycling + diversion certificates - Carbon footprint / ESG reporting module - Client analytics and SLA compliance - Vendor management + logistics tracking - Scalability framework for nationwide deployments - API layer for integrating recyclers, EPR systems, carbon registries, MIS platforms What we are looking for Must Haves - 5–12 years hands-on development experience - Strong backend foundation (Node.Js / Python / Go) - Frontend experience (React/Angular/Vue) - Strong understanding of data modeling & APIs - Ability to build dashboards & workflow SaaS - Experience integrating multiple systems (logistics, IoT, analytics) - Ability to own problems end-to-end - Willingness to work as a founder, not an employee - Hunger to build something at national scale Good to have - Experience in logistics tech / supply chain / SaaS - Experience in recycling, sustainability, climate-tech - Knowledge of carbon reporting, EPR workflows - Experience with OCR, QR, RFID or weight sensors Founder Mindset Fit We want someone who: - Likes building from scratch - Is okay with slower but deeper development - Doesn’t need large teams to get things done - Is excited by real operations + tech - Wants meaningful impact (climate + circular economy) - Can convert chaos → simple scalable systems - Takes ownership like a founder, not an employee Compensation and Equity - Equity: ~5% with 4-year vesting + 1-year cliff - Cash Salary: Lean / negotiable - Title: Co-Founder & CTO - Location: Gurgaon (hybrid or remote with frequent travel) How to Apply Email: info@letscrap.com | Subject: CTO Application – Content of application: GitHub / Portfolio LinkedIn Resume One project built end-to-end
