Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Recruitment Lead to oversee end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of driving recruitment strategies, manage high-performing teams, and hire across a broad range of industries in India. A deep understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and compliance is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles across various industries. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. - Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance management. - Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, compliant, and reflects best practices. - Work closely with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define role specifications. - Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting to attract top talent. - Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. - Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and niche roles. - Drive employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates. - Partner with HR and business units to ensure seamless onboarding and candidate experience. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR preferred. - 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong mix of IT and Non-IT hiring. - Proven experience managing recruitment for diverse industries across India. - Strong process orientation with knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, metrics, ATS systems, and compliance. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage mid-to-large sized recruitment teams. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, etc.) Preferred Skills: - Experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes. - Exposure to international recruitment is a plus. - Knowledge of diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment strategies. Shift Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST Work Location: SSPDL, OLD NO 25, Beta Block, 1ST FLOOR, WESTWING, Navalur, Chennai.
