Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Recruiter located in the Greater Chennai Area. The IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for technical and IT-related roles. Day-to-day responsibilities involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates. The role also includes managing candidate relationships and negotiating job offers.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
