Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR / Insider Trading Regulations as specified under the SEBI Act and relevant rules.
- Handle compliance related to the Companies Act 2013 and its implementation.
- Manage FEMA-related compliances with respect to Stock Options and filing of APR / FLA.
- Prepare the Annual Report for the listed company.
- Oversee ROC/Secretarial filings.
- Organize and coordinate Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
- Prepare statutory returns and maintain records with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), along with filing annual and other e-filings.
- Prepare and maintain the Minutes Book for Board Meetings, General Meetings, and Committee Meetings.
- Monitor day-to-day compliance requirements for the company.
- Handle any other tasks as assigned.

- Ability to evaluate, file, compile, and present various compliance-related documents.
- Well-versed with compliance laws and regulations.
- Strong ability to work under pressure.
- A keen eye for detail and a desire to probe deeper into complex compliance issues.
- Deadline-oriented with the ability to adhere to strict timelines.
