Role Summary :

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals for our Municipal Team. In this role, you will be responsible for directly communicating and verify, and document important property-related information.

Your work helps ensure smooth real estate transactions by identifying and resolving issues related to municipal liens, taxes, utilities, and property permits.

Key Responsibilities :

Voice-Based Communication : Make outbound calls to municipal bodies in the U.S. to collect property-related data.

Data Verification : Accurately document and update lien, utility, code violation, and permit details.

Government Website Navigation : Use U.S. county/city websites to retrieve public records and relevant information.

Issue Resolution : Identify and escalate property-related discrepancies or red flags.

Compliance & Accuracy : Ensure all data is gathered and entered in line with company standards and government requirements.

Reporting : Share daily and weekly call logs and findings with the team and managers.

Teamwork : Collaborate with peers and continuously upgrade your knowledge of U.S. real estate processes.

Who We're Looking For :

- Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written - with a neutral or U.S.-friendly accent.

- Comfortable making outbound calls as part of a voice process.

- 0-2 years of experience in an international voice process, customer service, or real estate/operations-related role.

- Bachelor's degree in any field (Public Administration, Real Estate, Finance preferred).

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.

- Comfortable working night shifts and using online research tools and workflow systems.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience working with U.S. municipalities, property records, or real estate data.

- Knowledge of liens, permits, code violations, or U.S. government administrative structures.
