Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated UI/UX Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences that are visually appealing, easy to use, and aligned with our brand and product goals. You'll work closely with managers, developers, and marketers to bring intuitive and innovative user interfaces to life.

Key Responsibilities

- User Research & Analysis
- Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and enhance the user experience.
- UI/UX Design
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design high-fidelity mockups, responsive web layouts, mobile-first interfaces, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing teams.
- Present and defend your design decisions based on user needs, business goals, and usability principles.
- Quality & Consistency
- Maintain and evolve UI style guides and design systems.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible to all users (WCAG compliance preferred).

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating past design work, user flows, and final product outcomes.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development process.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in motion design or interaction design.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven design decision-making.
- Experience in designing for SaaS platforms or mobile apps (iOS and Android).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
