Job Description Job description Job Title: VR Lab Assistant Entry-Level (Freshers Welcome) Location: Oxford Medical College, Hospital & Research Center, Yadavanahalli Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 18,000 - 25,000 per month (Based on experience) Please Read Before Applying: - This role is open ONLY to candidates currently residing in and around Yadavanahalli, Bangalore. If you are not from or around Yadavanahalli, Bangalore PLEASE DO NOT APPLY - We are hiring freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience. About the Role: MediSim VR has established a state-of-the-art Virtual Reality (VR) training lab at Oxford Medical College, Hospital & Research Center, Yadavanahalli. We are looking for a smart, responsible, and friendly fresher to manage the lab and assist students during their training sessions. You do not need a medical or technical background, we will train you. All you need is confidence, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle tasks independently. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and manage VR equipment during student sessions - Set up and manage manikins and look into the VR lab. - Guide students through the VR training process - Keep the lab clean, organized, and functioning smoothly - Maintain usage logs, attendance sheets, and inventory records - Troubleshoot basic issues like app freezing, headset not pairing, etc. - Act as the main point of contact in the lab. Who Should Apply: - Freshers or those with up to 2 years of experience - Graduates from any stream (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, etc.) - Must be based in or around Yadavanahalli, Bangalore. - Confident and polite, with good English and Telegu communication skills. - Basic knowledge of computers (Excel, Word, internet) - Able to troubleshoot minor tech issues and work independently Bonus If You: - Have handled gadgets, VR, or AV equipment or worked in a simulation lab. - Have worked in customer-facing roles (retail, events, help desk, etc.) Note: This is a full-time, on-site role requiring daily presence during college working hours. Training will be provided. We are looking for candidates who are serious about long-term work and can be reliable points of contact for both students and faculty.
