What We&aposre Looking For:

12+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in test automation frameworks, performance testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with QA tools & technologies such as Selenium, JIRA, Robot Framework, Browserstack, JUnit/JaCoCo, Jest/Instanbul, or similar.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex QA projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in defining and tracking quality metrics (KPIs) to measure success and optimize processes.
- Strong understanding of risk management, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product managers, business leaders, and external partners.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage executive stakeholders and mentor QA teams.
Bonus Points for
- Experience in cloud-based applications and DevOps practices.
- Certification in ISTQB, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master, PMP, etc.).
- Experience working with global teams and offshore QA models.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation, pre-sales support, and stakeholder management.
