About Client One of the leading construction equipment dealers in India that serves as a one-stop-shop for all the industries such as construction mining agriculture roadways irrigation ports etc It primarily deals with providing road-laying equipment DG sets power solutions for all types of construction and infrastructure projects Hiring Details Job role Head Treasury Purpose of Job The role holder will be responsible for delivering all treasury processes and banking related transactions - Cash Management Payments Commercial Papers Debt Management and Investment Management Job Location - Chennai Experience 15 Years Education Qualification Qualified CA Compensation Benefits - 20 LPA To 35 LPA Job Role a Drive digitization of banking processes - payment processing collections LC BG opening b Ensure adequate funds for payments process payment batches c Manage all cash management functions and ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs while regularly investing short term excess cash d Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships negotiate bank and service fees and implement new bank technologies products and services to improve cash cycle and simplify company operations e Coordinate with banks for preparation or discounting of LCs and BGs f Design and implement hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks primarily foreign currency cash flow exposure through the recommendation of executing derivative financial instruments managing interest rate risk and liquidity management g Assist both internal and external auditors to ensure complete accurate and timely preparation of Statutory Financials and running evaluation and improvement programs h Facilitate integration and functioning of all systems and sub-systems with all Treasury tools systems and spearhead introduction of new tools and systems to deliver improved efficiencies and enhanced effectiveness for all Treasury processes People Management a Provide strong inspirational leadership recruiting building and developing a high performing Finance Operations team
