Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative for our International Voice Process team. The role involves engaging with international customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales through proactive communication. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Engage with international clients to understand their requirements, pitch relevant products/services, and close deals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of company offerings to provide accurate and compelling information to prospects.
- Pipeline Management: Track leads, maintain records in CRM software, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to improve conversion rates.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers for long-term business growth.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer pain points to refine sales approaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of inside sales experience in an international voice process (B2B or B2C).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a neutral or US/UK accent.
- Sales Aptitude: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools
- Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle objections, rejections, and work in a target-driven environment.
- Flexibility: Willing to work in rotational shifts aligned with international time zones (UK, or APAC).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling SaaS, IT services, or Tech products.
- Prior experience handling US/UK-based clients.
- Familiarity with outbound cold calling and consultative selling.
