Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Solan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves coordinating with the marketing team, organizing sales activities, preparing sales presentations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be expected to lead and motivate their team to achieve sales targets, as well as prepare performance reports and analyze market trends. Qualifications - Sales and business development skills, including knowledge of sales strategies, sales planning, and relationship building - Strong leadership and team management capabilities to lead and inspire the sales team effectively - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders - Analytical skills to assess market trends, track performance, and develop actionable strategies - Proficient in sales tools and software, with strong organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is an advantage - A proactive approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and achieving sales goals
