Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Unit Sales Manager located in Pune. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and expanding the customer base. Daily tasks include training and mentoring sales representatives, conducting performance evaluations, and monitoring market trends to adapt sales tactics accordingly. The Unit Sales Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales management and team leadership - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools - Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly - Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
