Job Description Key Responsibilities - Formulate and implement credit policies, procedures, and guidelines for the Consumer Durable Loan segment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of credit policies in origination systems and decisioning platforms. - Monitor market trends and industry practices to benchmark internal policies and stay aligned with best practices. - Establish credit analytics frameworks to identify early warning signals, segment-level risk factors, and process insights. - Ensure data integrity in line with ISO standards and organizational credit policy requirements. - Conduct portfolio analysis, track performance, monitor triggers, and support delinquency control strategies. - Lead initiatives for credit cycle management, collaborating with product, operations, approvals, and collections teams. - Identify and implement system/process enhancements to improve data quality for better risk analysis. - Design and monitor risk controls in compliance with internal and external audit/regulatory requirements. - Partner with credit systems teams to configure policy rules within acceptance and evaluation platforms. - Assist in designing and delivering training programs to enhance credit team productivity and knowledge.
