Role Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Salesforce B2B Commerce Lead to architect, guide, and deliver enterprise-grade ecommerce solutions using CloudCraze. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive digital transformation for B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze) solutions
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance ecommerce platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical designs
- Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Visualforce, and Experience Cloud
- Oversee integration with ERP, OMS, CPQ, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements

Required Skills

- Proven expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze) architecture and development
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Backbone.js, and Handlebar.js
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and performance optimization
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
- Salesforce B2B Commerce certification (preferred)
