JOB TITLE: Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Architect

Experience: 12+ (Mandatory)

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description

Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud is an e-commerce solution designed for business-to-business (B2B) transactions, allowing companies to sell products to other businesses online. It enables businesses to create personalized storefronts for bulk purchasing, digitizes the sales process for greater efficiency, and provides analytics for data-driven decision-making. The platform is built on the Salesforce platform and integrates with other Salesforce products to offer a unified customer experience.

Responsibilities:

·Provide design and implementation services on projects utilizing Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.

·Document and analyze eCommerce features (B2B), integrations and key business processes.

·Design, develop, configure and deploy Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud modules and components to specific business needs.

·Build reports and dashboards, as needed, to gauge project success.

·Provide training to customers on new implementations and customizations.

·Effectively manage customer expectations and communicate status updates of projects to various stakeholders, (internal & external) of varying levels of management

Required Skills:

·Solid hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud

·Salesforce B2B Commerce product knowledge with experience in features like product hierarchy, storefront association, Account Group, price list, page labels, indexing etc.

·Experience with designing responsive storefront Buyer Experiences

·Demonstrated skills in developing training and delivering training sessions,

·Customize Salesforce B2B Commerce OOTB (out of the box) flow.

·Experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce views, models, pubsub, page labels modification as per requirement.
