Job Title Real Estate Asset Acquisition - NCLT Liquidation About the Role We are looking for a dynamic professional with a strong background in real estate asset acquisition especially through NCLT IBC and liquidation processes The ideal candidate should have experience working with banks NBFCs or top real estate advisory firms like JLL Colliers Anarock Knight Frank etc This role involves identifying and acquiring distressed assets managing due diligence and handling end-to-end transaction processes Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate distressed and liquidation assets via NCLT or IBC cases Conduct financial legal and technical due diligence on target properties Coordinate with banks insolvency professionals and legal advisors Lead negotiations and acquisition strategies for high-value assets Stay updated on NCLT proceedings IBC updates and market trends Requirements 5 years of experience in real estate transactions asset acquisition or investment Strong understanding of NCLT IBC and liquidation frameworks Prior experience in real estate firms banks NBFCs or consulting firms JLL Colliers Anarock etc Excellent negotiation documentation and stakeholder management skills
