Job Description Company: MARS Event and Artist Management - India's Hip-Hop Creative Solutions Agency Location: Remote/On-ground if needed (Lucknow/UP Preferred) Duration: 3 Months-6 Months Stipend: 2,0004,500/month (With Performance-based bonuses) This is a paid internship remote opportunity for an Event Coordinator Intern to join MARS Management's core event team. You'll work directly with the founder to plan, manage, and execute events that celebrate India's youth and hip-hop culture - from club-level musical shows to underground cyphers. The role involves generally remote planning and on-ground event execution (if needed), offering firsthand experience in production, logistics, and creative event marketing. If you're passionate about music, youth culture, and brand-driven events, this is your chance to be at the heart of the action. > Key Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end planning and execution of events. Assist in coordinating with vendors, venues, and partners. Manage on-ground tasks including artist coordination, branding placement, and event flow. Handle communication with stakeholders, sponsors, and attendees. Assist in creating and managing event timelines, checklists, and post-event reports. Research and reach out to potential event partners, brands, and college fests for collaborations. Contribute creative ideas for event activities, audience engagement, and branding integration. Maintain a record of brand deliverables, budgets, and materials. > Basic Requirement: Passion for Rap music, events, and youth culture (The Only Mandate) - it helps make the role more fun, impactful, and naturally aligned with what we do. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working both remotely and on-ground during event day. Prior experience in event planning, campus fests, or production is a plus. Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and basic Excel management preferred. Candidates with knowledge of Indian musical event scene, updated with current shows/events would be preferred.
