Lead - If & Fund Raise/sell Side | Listed Tech Co | Delhi Ncr [Urgent]

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead Investor Relations and Fundraising for a Listed Tech co The role will drive investor communications capital markets strategy and equity debt fundraising initiatives in partnership with senior leadership Develop and execute the company s investor relations and fundraising strategy Lead all investor communications including quarterly results earnings calls presentations and reports Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors analysts banks and potential capital providers Drive equity and debt fundraising processes including preparation of materials due diligence coordination and managing investor outreach Partner with leadership to shape messaging on financial performance strategy and growth plans Track sell-side analyst coverage peer bench-marking and market trends to provide insights to management Support capital markets events investor roadshows and board-level discussions Lead IR for a listed tech companyDrive global investor engagement with direct CXO visibility 7-10 years of experience in investment banking private equity or investor relations with proven exposure to fundraising Strong understanding of capital markets transaction structuring and valuation Demonstrated ability to manage fundraising processes end-to-end Exceptional communication presentation and stakeholder management skills Ability to engage senior leadership global investors and external advisors with confidence MBA CA CFA strongly preferred Our client is a leading listed company headquartered in Delhi NCR operating in a sector with consistent growth and a strong market position With robust financial performance and a forward-looking business model the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion and seeks to strengthen its Investor Relations function Strategic role with high visibility and leadership exposure Opportunity to shape market perception of a fast-growing listed company Competitive compensation package aligned with market standards
