Key Responsibilities - Manage and process customer orders with high accuracy and attention to detail. - Review and verify order data to ensure compliance with company standards. - Create and maintain documentation related to order workflows and process optimization. - Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI-driven order processing models. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve order or data discrepancies. Ideal Qualifications - Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in order management, data entry, operations, or related fields. - Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely. - Comfortable using digital tools and following precise documentation processes. - Analytical mindset with an ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements. Role Details - Contract Type: Independent Contractor - Workload: 30 hours per week (option to scale up to 40 hours) - Duration: Approximately 34 weeks (with potential for extension) - Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous work on your own time - Start Date: Immediate Compensation & Contract Terms - Hourly Rate: $60$80/hour (based on experience) - Payments: Weekly via Stripe Connect - Engagement Type: Independent Contractor - Contractors maintain full control over their schedule and work methods.
