Job Summary The Creative Head will lead and oversee the creative strategy vision and execution across all brand communication campaigns and design initiatives This role requires a highly imaginative leader who can inspire creative teams conceptualize innovative ideas and ensure brand consistency across all channels The Creative Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compelling storytelling engaging content and impactful campaigns that elevate the brand identity and business objectives Key Responsibilities - Develop and drive the overall creative vision and strategy aligned with brand objectives - Lead the creative team designers copywriters video editors content creators etc in delivering innovative campaigns - Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns digital print social experiential ATL BTL - Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communications - Collaborate with marketing product and business teams to translate briefs into impactful creative solutions - Provide clear direction constructive feedback and mentorship to creative team members - Oversee production of content graphics videos photography and other creative assets - Stay updated with global design digital and branding trends to inspire innovation - Manage multiple projects timelines and stakeholders effectively - Evaluate creative performance and iterate strategies for continuous improvement Qualifications Skills - Bachelor s or Master s degree in Fine Arts Design Advertising Marketing Mass Communication or a related field - 7 years of experience in creative roles with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding design advertising campaigns and digital platforms - Exceptional leadership and team management skills - Proficiency in creative design tools Adobe Creative Suite Figma etc - Excellent communication storytelling and presentation skills - Strong understanding of market trends consumer insights and creative innovations - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities ref updazz com
