Job Description

Sourcebae is looking for a Sales Consultant to drive business growth, client acquisition, and revenue expansion in the Bangalore market. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales, staffing solutions, or SaaS salesand thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentthis is your opportunity to make a significant impact

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with decision-makers in tech companies, helping them scale their teams with our AI-powered recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients, leveraging networking, outbound strategies, and inbound leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, challenges, and hiring goals to position Sourcebaes AI-driven recruitment solutions as the best-fit staffing partner.

Negotiation & Deal Closure: Own the full sales cyclefrom the first pitch to contract signingensuring seamless onboarding of new clients.

Account Management & Growth: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and repeat business.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and hiring patterns to refine sales strategies and maximize success.

Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, marketing, and product) to enhance client success and provide data-driven sales insights.

What You Bring:

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, staffing, or SaaS sales, with a focus on closing high-value deals.

Proven ability to generate & convert leads into long-term business partnerships.

Strong consultative selling approach, with the ability to understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions.

Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Understanding of technical recruitment & staffing (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills to engage decision-makers effectively.
