Hello We are looking for a Floor Manager Play Zone Location Kalyan Mumbai Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Gaming Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gaming floor The ideal candidate will have a strong background in casino management excellent leadership skills and a keen eye for detail As a Gaming Floor Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all gaming activities are conducted in a fair and professional manner while also providing exceptional customer service to our patrons You will manage a team of dealers supervisors and other gaming staff ensuring that they adhere to all company policies and procedures Additionally the candidate will be responsible for monitoring gaming activities to detect any irregularities or suspicious behavior and taking appropriate action when necessary You will also work closely with other departments such as security and finance to ensure the smooth operation of the gaming floor Job Specifications Education Formal Qualification Any Graduate Skills Technical Computer Soft skills etc - Must have excellent computer skills excel word etc - Advance Excel Knowledge and Experience Total work experience and job-related relevant experience - Excellent Communication Skill - 3-4 yrs work experience preferable in Gaming industry Age 30 years Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the gaming floor Ensure all gaming activities are conducted fairly and professionally Manage and supervise a team of dealers supervisors and other gaming staff Monitor gaming activities to detect irregularities or suspicious behaviour Provide exceptional customer service to patrons Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures Work closely with security and finance departments Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions Prepare and submit reports on gaming floor activities Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and patrons Implement and enforce gaming regulations and standards Develop and implement strategies to improve gaming floor operations Monitor and manage gaming floor budgets and expenses Ensure all gaming equipment is in good working condition Coordinate with marketing department to promote gaming events Analyse gaming floor performance and make recommendations for improvement Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Foster a positive and inclusive work environment Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff Requirements Bachelor s degree in B com Hospitality Management or related field Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in casino management or a similar role Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of gaming regulations and standards Ability to work flexible hours weekends and holidays Strong attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills Ability to make quick and effective decisions Knowledge of casino management software Ability to train and mentor staff Strong conflict resolution skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pls share updated cv Regards Anamika SinghEmployee Hub 08239108881Apply for this position by registering here www jobbooth in register Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 150 163 38 - 400 000 00 per year Work Location In person
