Job Title Floor Manager Reporting To Branch Manager Manager s Objective Summary To ensure the proper functioning of the showroom To monitor the sales inventory employees and all other related infrastructures within the showroom Principal Duties and Responsibilities Ensure that all customers are handled properly by the retail staff In cases where customers cannot be handled by the retail sales assistants Floor in charges have to handle them Ensures that all procedures processes and systems adopted by management are followed by staff Propose schedule and implement in-store signage and layout to maximize sales customer satisfaction store appearance and image towards the customers Evaluates and manages sales and customer service activities and staff competencies to optimize and maintain business performance profitability and customer satisfaction Manage maintenance and ensure all infrastructure equipment facilities and inventory in exhibit rooms are in good working order To review employee performance and to suggest actions to be taken regarding a particular employee To conduct daily briefings on the activities needs to be conduct among the staff To attend the monthly meetings held at corporate office or to attend meetings as and when required by the top management in corporate office To approve the leaves of the sales staff after it has been reviewed by the section in charge To ensure all to use the movement register properly To submit daily report to manager and top management Monitor section supervisor s and section heads Follow-up of due compliance with establishments rules and regulations Ensure the customers responded properly by section staff and front office staffs Floor coordinators Initiate new methods for improving service and customer satisfaction Ensuring the floor supervisors do proper follow up of customer feedback and reporting the necessary changes on account the same Close monitoring of items passing during the beginning and end of each and every the day Arrangement of necessary number of staffs for smooth functioning of item passing Reporting to the HR department about the staff requirements of respective sections To ensure all the staffs groomed properly during the working hours at the respective floors To aware all staffs schedule leaves or exchange leaves permissions To ensure all the staffs updated about the new schemes Policy changes and etc He she shall ensure that the staffs under his her team adhere to the HR policy regarding uniforms and timings To ensure a proper shopping experience within the showroom Machines or Equipment used by the position Telephone Computer Stationery items Working Condition Physical Effort Normal office working condition May have to walk inside the premises of the outlet Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Application Question s Are you immediate Joiner How many years of experience you have in Jewellery field Work Location In person
