Role Overview

Were seeking a driven Sales Team Lead (Remote) to engage educational institutions, enterprises, and schools in India and globally. Youll combine technical presentation skills with outreach to demonstrate how AllRounder.ai can transform learning outcomes and streamline education delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Primary: Lead Product Demonstrations & Education Consultations

- Conduct live, interactive demos highlighting AllRounder.ais adaptive lessons, voicebased learning, gamified tools, quizzes, and progress analytics.
- Tailor presentations to academic stakeholders (teachers, principals, corporate L&D).
- Showcase custom course creation, content upload, and learning portal features.
- Address technical and pedagogical queries during demo sessions.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure demo content aligns with actual platform features.
- Manage post-demo followups and guide institutions to next steps (trial, subscription, onboarding).

Secondary: Business Development & Institutional Outreach

- Execute targeted outreach to schools, Universities, Colleges, MNC training teams, and educational organizations.
- Schedule demos, conduct lead qualification calls, and understand client learning needs.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Work closely with marketing to convert inbound leads and partnerships.

Requirements

- 24 years experience in SaaS sales, educational technology, or demobased presales roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to educators and institutional buyers.
- Strong interest or experience in edtech, AIbased learning products, or K12/elearning sectors.
- Proactive, resultsoriented mindset with remote work discipline.
- Comfortable managing CRM, outreach tools, and sales pipelines independently.
