KEY DELIVERABLES

We are looking for a highly organised HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication & interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for HR.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Manage entire recruitment from job posting up to onboarding.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Screen resumes & conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule & coordinate interviews.
- Handle multiple job vacancies.

REQUIREMENTS (Must-Haves)

- Bachelor&aposs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in HR or related functions is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
