Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Influencer Admin role located in Mumbai at Booming Bulls Academy . The Influencer Admin will be responsible for managing communication, influencer marketing, social media marketing, public relations, and sales activities on a day-to-day basis.

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Influencer Manager to identify, onboard, and manage collaborations with micro-influencers across various social media platforms. Your role will be to build partnerships on a commission-based model, ensuring brand growth through influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & List Micro-Influencers

• Research and compile a database of micro-influencers relevant to our brand and industry.

• Use tools like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn to track potential collaborators.

Outreach & Negotiations

• Reach out to influencers via email, DMs, and professional platforms.

• Pitch collaboration opportunities and negotiate commission-based partnerships.

• Ensure influencers align with brand values and audience demographics.

Partnership Management

• Handle contracts, commission structures, and deliverables for influencer tie-ups.

• Maintain strong relationships with influencers for long-term collaborations.

• Track performance and optimize partnerships for better ROI.

Sales & Communication

• Persuade influencers to partner with us on a commission basis.

• Communicate brand expectations clearly and effectively.

• Ensure all influencers are actively promoting and driving conversions.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Monitor influencer campaign success using KPIs like engagement, conversions, and ROI.

• Provide regular reports on influencer performance and earnings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media, or sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Ability to research and shortlist relevant influencers effectively.

Understanding of social media trends and influencer dynamics.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Experience in handling commission-based partnerships is a plus.
