Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC JavaScript and MySQL. Experience in the Retail Banking domain is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC Azure API Gateways. - Design and implement efficient database solutions using SQL and MySQL. - Utilize AWS services to deploy and manage applications in a cloud environment. - Write clean maintainable and efficient code in JavaScript. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment. - Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement. - Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Qualifications - Possess strong experience in Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC. - Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and MySQL for database management. - Have hands-on experience with AWS services for cloud deployment. - Show expertise in JavaScript for front-end development. - Bring a solid understanding of the Retail Banking domain. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Display strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Possess a keen attention to detail and a focus on quality. - Exhibit the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
