A Project Manager has many responsibilities including planning managing the budget and communicating with stakeholders They also lead the team manage risk and ensure the project is completed on time Reporting Person is Project Director PLANNING Define the project s scope goals and deliverables Create a project plan and schedule Identify critical milestones and dependencies BUDGET MANAGEMENT Create a detailed budget that includes labor materials and other expenses Monitor spending and make adjustments to avoid overruns RISK MANAGEMENT Identify evaluate monitor and mitigate potential risks Define prioritize and reduce risks COMMUNICATION Communicate plans reviews and change management Communicate with stakeholders including team members partners investors customers and clients MANAGING RESOURCES Allocate resources efficiently Ensure the right people are assigned to the right tasks TEAM MANAGEMENT Lead and motivate the team Ensure team members work together towards the common goal Skills - Project execution Oversee the project s progress and set deadlines Overcome obstacles Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and Evaluate project performance ELIGIBILITY 1 Bachelor degree - Building Science Civil Engineering Construction Management 2 Master s Degree - preferred - maximum 3 Work Experience Practical experience 8-9 years in the construction industry is highly valued and often required - plus 4 Skills - Technical Skills Construction managers need to understand construction methods technologies and how to interpret contracts and technical drawings Project Management Skills They must be proficient in project planning scheduling budgeting risk management and team leadership Soft Skills Effective communication conflict resolution and leadership skills are also essential Building Code Compliance Knowledge of building codes cost estimation accident prevention civil construction and plumbing codes is also crucial Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 40 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 07 2025
