Job Description

Scope

The position is under the T&E LOB of Secure Power Division, part of Energy management BU of Schneider Electric.

Candidate would lead PMO team at IDC for T&E LOB and report to Global PMO of T&E.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to):

- Lead PMO function at IDC for T&E LOB
- Guide, Mentor & Coach Agile Project Managers / Program managers to successfully deliver products
- Drive & Own Portfolio delivery at IDC
- Work in close coordination with R&D Head in ensuring smooth functioning of the site.
- Work with League Leaders to create/Maintain future Road Map for Leagues / Squads at IDC
- Should be able to influence key stakeholders like Industrialization, Procurement, Engineering, CS&Q, DSC.
- Estimate & Monitor Portfolio budget
- Shield the PMO team from outside distractions and interferences for smooth execution

Work closely with Agile Project Managers to ensure critical Risks are rightly addressed.

- Coach the team on Agile practices, OLM and other Project Management practices.

Desired Qualifications / Requirements

- BE/M Tech Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical
- Certified SPC / PMP / Agile Principles
- Experience in handling team of Project Managers
- Strong knowledge of PMO practices
- Excellent oral & written communication in English.
- Should be an Influential Leader
- Good Analytical skills.
