About Us At SMVV Edutech Advisory Pvt Ltd we are your trusted partners in achieving financial success We leverage our in-depth knowledge of the financial landscape to help individuals and families secure the best loan options and strategically utilize government schemes Our goal is to empower our clients to build a strong and sustainable financial foundation for their future Position Overview The Loan Assistant will support the loan department by handling loan documentation processing applications verifying client information and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursal and repayment processes Responsibilities Assist in collecting reviewing and verifying loan application documents from clients Enter and maintain accurate client and loan information in the system Coordinate with credit operations and finance teams to process loan applications Communicate with clients to gather missing documents or provide status updates on their applications Prepare loan files and ensure all documents are complete and compliant with company policies Track disbursed loans repayment schedules and follow up on pending dues Maintain proper filing and records of loan-related documentation Provide administrative support to Loan Officers and Managers Assist in generating loan MIS reports and data as required Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance Business Administration or a related field 0-1 year of experience in loan processing banking or financial services freshers with good communication skills may also be considered Basic understanding of loan procedures financial documents and banking terms Proficiency in computer applications MS Excel MS Word and data entry Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Job Type Full-time Application Question s What is your current and expected CTC What is your notice period Work Location In person
