Job Title - Sales Support SpecialistExperience- Min 2 yearsBudget- Upto 5 LPALocation - Marol MumbaiWebsite link - https byldgroup comJob Summary - We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team This role will involve coordinating with business heads to ensure timely submission of reports creating comprehensive sales reports and supporting the sales team in executing events - The ideal candidate will have a knack for data analysis excellent English communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with large accounts for multi-brand engagement - Additionally this role will collaborate with the marketing team on creating collaterals organizing marketing meets and supporting research papers and other elements Key Responsibilities - Assist the President in coordinating and follow-up with business heads for the timely submission of reports - Create and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards to track performance and KPIs while ensuring accuracy and timeliness - As a sales support specialist you must answer customer inquiries schedule meetings and sales appointments - Build and maintain relationships with large accounts ensuring multi-brand engagement - Support the sales team in planning and executing events trade shows and conferences - Ensure all logistical and promotional aspects of events are handled efficiently - Analyse sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales and management teams - Collaborate with CRM and Quality teams to get sales representatives performance data and focus areas - Essential follow up and support on execution of playbook activities designed for the year - Regular interface with large key accounts for multi brand engagement- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and distribute collaterals research papers and other marketing materials Interested candidates can share updated cv ref updazz com
