Key Responsibilities Prepare the operating theatre and ensure all necessary surgical instruments consumables and equipment are sterilized and ready Scrub gown and glove according to aseptic technique before surgeries Assist surgeons by anticipating needs passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field throughout the procedure Handle surgical specimens and ensure proper documentation and lab dispatch Monitor and manage surgical instruments before during and after procedures to ensure no items are missing Adhere to strict infection prevention and control protocols Assist in preparing the patient pre-operatively and ensuring safe transfer post-operatively Coordinate with the CTVS surgical team anesthetists and other healthcare professionals for smooth workflow Participate in surgical equipment maintenance and reporting of malfunctioning devices Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures supplies used and any incidents Qualification Education - Diploma B Sc in Nursing from a recognized institution Valid Nursing Council Registration State or Indian Nursing Council Experience - Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience as a scrub nurse preferably in CTVS OT Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
