**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities:

- **
- Evaluate and monitor the patients progress.
- Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patients medical condition.
- Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members.
- Begin treatment and monitor doses.
- If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors.
- Complete all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient.
- Maintain patient records.
- Create and implement effective care plans.

**Requirements:

- **
- Valid nursing license in the respective state or region.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ICU, MICU, CCU, or CTVS ICU setting.
- Strong understanding of intensive care protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.

**B.Sc. Nursing/ GNM** with Registration and having Minimum 3 Years experience in working as Staff Nurse.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
