Job Title: Telecaller – USA Product Sales Location: Remote (Candidates from Delhi / Noida preferred) Job Type: Full-Time (Night Shift – US Timings) 8:30PM-5:00AM Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (based on experience and performance) Role Overview: We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Sales Executive to handle outbound calls to USA clients for product sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching products, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining customer relationships. This is a remote position, but preference will be given to candidates located in Delhi or Noida who are comfortable working in night shift hours aligned with the US market. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential USA clients to promote and sell products. - Communicate clearly and confidently to explain product features, benefits, and pricing. - Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally. - Maintain accurate call records, leads, and sales reports using CRM tools. - Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. - Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers. - Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and market trends. Requirements: - Graduate in any stream. - 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or BPO (preferably international calling). - Excellent English communication skills (US accent will be an advantage). - Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented. - Basic computer and CRM handling skills. - Comfortable working in night shift (US timings). - Candidates from Delhi / Noida are preferred.
