Role Description
This is a customer service role engaged in the pharmaceutical market. There is a strong expectation to collaborate with customers in India and internal teams in Japan. A successful candidate will be the first contact responsible for receiving and coordinating requests from customers/partners in India (potentially from other regions as well).
Your Mission
- Preparation and support of internal arrangement for documents/statements submitted to customers (documents/statements are issued by the headquarters in Japan).
- Support inter-department activities such as translation and interpretation in Japanese/English.
- Any additional items related to above tasks and GM HCM division instructions
- Occasionally, a trip to Japan might occur for a training purpose.
Qualifications
Profile descriptions
1. Minimum 3 years of experience as customer support representative/executive assistant.
2. JLPT N1 or N2 certification(mandatory)
3. Fluency in Japanese (listening/speaking and reading/writing)
4. Strong communication skills in English (listening/speaking and reading/writing)
