We are looking for a high-performing Lead Game Developer to join our fast-growing consumer app studio As a Lead Game Developer, you will act as both engineering lead and product owner for the mobile games you build. You will co-own end-to-end development—from design to launch to scaling—and you will have direct exposure to asymmetric upside based on the revenue your games generate. About Triplespeed Triplespeed is a fast-moving app studio that’s profitable and growing fast. We’re looking for a talented Lead Game Developer who wants to pioneer a new vertical of mobile gaming and build the next generation of high-converting, high-retention, and extremely profitable mobile games. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-end ownership of game development: prototyping, production, launch, optimization. 2. Lead technical development using Unity (or similar engines), ensuring fast iteration and experimentation. 3. Build and maintain scalable game architecture optimized for mobile performance. 4. Collaborate closely with designers, artists, marketers, and leadership to bring game concepts to life. 5. Run rapid A/B tests on gameplay mechanics, levels, monetization flows, and UX. 6. Analyze player behavior and game metrics to improve LTV, retention, session length, and monetization. 7. Ship fast, iterate faster, and participate directly in shaping the gaming product roadmap. 8. Mentor junior developers and help establish best practices and engineering standards within the gaming vertical. 9. Participate in revenue-share upside aligned with the performance of the games you create. Who Can Apply 1. Candidates with 2–6 years of experience in game development (mobile preferred). 2. Candidates based in Bangalore and keen to work in office with the team 5-days per week. 3. Engineers who have shipped at least one mobile game or prototype end-to-end. Additional Candidate Preferences 1. Bonus points if you have experience in the hypercasual or hybrid-casual mobile gaming space. 2. Experience building fast prototypes and optimizing games for CPI, retention, and ARPU. 3. Strong interest in monetization design (IAP, ads, reward loops). Preferred Skills - Unity / C# (primary) - Strong game architecture fundamentals - Gameplay programming - Mobile game optimization (FPS, memory, build size) - Understanding of ad monetization & IAP systems - Rapid prototyping - Experience with analytics tools - Familiarity with hypercasual game design principles - Problem-solving and creative thinking - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment What We Offer 1.
