What will your challenge be

  • Expanding our family with a passionate, experienced Game Developer to join our new India studio. You'll play a key role in designing and developing exciting, math-driven slot games targeting the US and global markets for land-based cabinets and online platforms.
  • You will work closely with game designers, artists, animators, and QA engineers to deliver immersive and visually stunning experiences that meet performance and compliance requirements.

What will you do Day-to-Day

  • Develop and implementslot game logic,math models, and game mechanics using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate with the design and art teams to integrate animations, UI, audio,and visual effects.

  • Optimize game performance across multiple resolutions and hardware setups (including slot cabinets).

  • Work with backend and hardware teams to integrate ticketing, payout, and RNG systems for land-based machines.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GLI, BMM, etc.).
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future games.
  • Work within agile/scrum processes and attend daily standups and sprint reviews.
  • Debug and fix bugs throughout the development and testing lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with the latest gaming technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

What are we looking for in you

  • 3+ years of experience in slot game or casual game development.
  • Proficiency in C++/C# or GODOT, or similar game engines.
  • Experience with land-based slot cabinets and integration of peripherals (e.g., bill validators, ticket printers).
  • Strong understanding of RNG logic, game math (RTP, hit rate, volatility), and state machines.
  • Familiarity with GLI/BMM certification requirements.
  • Good grasp of 2D/3D game rendering, UI/UX, and animation systems.
  • Performance optimization and memory management expertise.
  • Experience with version control tools like Bitbucket, .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for games and deep understanding of slot game player behavior.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative development cycles.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset

What adds extra value

  • Experience with cross-platform deployment.
  • Prior experience working on Class II/III machines or VLT platforms.
  • Familiarity with backend integration (JavaScript, , REST APIs).
