Job Description We are hiring Field Service Engineers based in Pune for field service jobs across globe. We coach and support our new colleagues to enable them to successfully deliver.General mission of the team: ensure 100% customer satisfaction by providing best in class (fast, effective, with excellent communication) after sales technical support and Development of Software for industrial equipment supplied by Clevertech Group. Job key deliverables: Install and commission the system, enable a smooth and vertical start-up of the equipment at our facility and Site, making sure the equipment is fully qualified as per agreed success criteria. Coaching the customer on best practices on how to operate the equipment, enabling a smooth handover to customer team and being readily available to support on call. Candidate Profile A)Technical Skills: -has a degree or Diploma in Automation & Control, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical and Electronics. -has previous experience of 1-4 years with industrial automation (Packaging, Automation, and Robotics). -Experience in installing and commissioning End of Line systems. -knowledge of ROBOT (FANUC, ABB, KUKA), -Knowledge of Safety Standards for the industry. -good knowledge electrical (electric motor, current / tension, series / parallel connection, reading electrical scheme) -element of physics (mechanical theory (linear speed, rotary speed, speed, space, time, acceleration) -knowledge read and understand layout of the system. -knowledge learning, manual work (wiring cabling when needed) -knowledge of Microsoft office: WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT. B)Soft Skills: the ideal candidate has a pro-active and can-do attitude, is resilient, adaptive to change, seeing the opportunity in each new challenge, is motivated and focused to reach always a satisfactory resolution for the customer, meeting and exceeding the expectations. -Has good analytical skills and some previous experience for testing and troubleshooting and also for coaching customer to use new equipment -Had good communication skills both verbally and in written to enable a best-in-class collaboration with the customer. -Language skills: must be good in English. -Willingness to travel to an average of 75% of hers/his time with periods of 1-4 weeks away from home.
