Role Overview

As a Part-Time Field Service Engineer, you will provide on-site support and solutions to customers within your assigned pincode(s). Youll benefit from consistent customer leads, transparent earnings, and streamlined job managementall via the GoDezk platform.

Key Responsibilities

Apply and get verified as a GoDezk service provider.

Define and manage your service area by specifying relevant PIN code(s).

List your core technical skills and services offered.

Monitor and accept support requests routed from nearby customers through the GoDezk platform.

Visit customer sites to assess issues and perform troubleshooting, repairs, or installation tasks.

Log service outcomes, time taken, and ensure job completion tracking via the GoDezk dashboard.

Practice safe, secure, and customer-centric service execution.

Get paid promptly with transparent reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile

Technical background (e.g., IT technician, field engineer, desktop support).

Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair or installation skills.

Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Available for part-time, flexible field assignments.

Familiarity with or open to using mobile/web dashboards for job updates and tracking.
