About the Role:
We are hiring dynamic full-time sales professionals (FTEs) to focus on acquiring and growing business with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. You will work closely with decision-makers, attend GCC events, and drive enterprise sales for a top-tier MNC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and acquire new GCC accounts across BFSI, IT, and other sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders
- Represent the company at GCC-focused events and networking forums
- Develop strategies for enterprise sales and drive consultative selling initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and delivery excellence
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 4–6 years of experience in IT sales, specifically targeting Global Capability Centers (GCCs)
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and drive business from the ground up
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in BFSI, IT, or other industries with GCC presence
- Attended or represented companies at GCC events
