Real Estate Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, online platforms, and creative marketing strategies.
- Client Consultation: Understand clients' property requirements, preferences, and budgets to provide tailored solutions.
- Market Insights & Advice: Stay up-to-date on market trends, pricing strategies, legal frameworks, and financing options, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
- Property Showcasing: Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting the unique features and benefits to potential buyers or tenants.
- Property Marketing: Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns using digital platforms, social media, brochures, and other tools to showcase listings effectively.
- Transaction Management: Negotiate purchase or rental terms, draft agreements, and ensure compliance with legal and financial guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with appraisers, mortgage brokers, attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of property listings, client details, and market insights.
