Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Be the success champion: You efficiently resolve all inbound and outbound support requests following established guidelines. Whether providing support via email, voice chat, or telephone, you&aposll consistently go above and beyond to ensure our customers receive the timely, high-quality assistance they deserve.
- But that&aposs not all Be the Team Player: As a valued team member, you also work closely with management to identify opportunities to improve overall customer satisfaction. By collaborating with your colleagues and leveraging your exceptional communication skills, you&aposll help us create a more seamless and positive customer experience.

Preferrable Background

- Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) must be able to communicate with clarity, professionalism, and empathy with international customers
- Prior experience in customer support roles catering to English-speaking markets is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work during CEST hours
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work with minimal supervision allowing you to bring your unique talents to the table
- Confidence to manage your time effectively while collaborating seamlessly with your colleagues
