MINIMUM 3 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN PURCHASE MACHINE BUILDING INDUSTRY Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchase Executive to join our procurement team The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the machine building industry with a strong background in vendor development procurement of electrical and standard bought-out components and hands-on expertise in SAP ERP systems This role is critical in ensuring timely cost-effective and quality sourcing of materials and components Key Responsibilities Handle procurement of mechanical electrical and standard bought-out components required for machine manufacturing Identify evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers to meet quality cost and delivery requirements Review and analyse purchase requisitions RFQs and purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures Negotiate prices terms and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure the best value Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor scorecards Coordinate with design production and quality teams to ensure specifications and requirements are met Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing delivery and inventory through SAP ERP systems Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply or quality issues Support cost-reduction initiatives by identifying alternative suppliers and value engineering opportunities Ensure compliance with all procurement policies procedures and quality standards Key Skills Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing within the machine building or industrial equipment manufacturing industry Proven experience in vendor development and supplier relationship management Good knowledge of electrical components mechanical items and standard bought-out parts e g motors sensors panels fasteners bearings etc Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems for procurement and inventory management Strong negotiation analytical and communication skills Familiarity with ISO standards and procurement compliance Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs Bill of Materials is a plus Bachelor s degree in Engineering Supply Chain or related field Diploma with relevant experience may be considered Exposure to cost control and strategic sourcing Knowledge of lean procurement and inventory management principles Why Join Us Be part of a growing and dynamic team in the machine-building industry Opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects Collaborative work environment with learning and growth opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 500 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Experience MACHINE BUILDING INDUSTRY 3 years Required Work Location In person
