Department Purchase Location Sector 25 Gandhinagar CTC 18 000 to 25 000 Experience Required 1-3 years in purchase department preferred Job Summary We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle company purchasing activities The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers negotiating prices managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support smooth operations Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with suppliers Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and production departments for material requirements Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and supplier performance Verify invoices and coordinate with accounts for payments Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships Assist in cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain or related field Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role Good negotiation and communication skills Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems preferred Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word Outlook Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector Knowledge of raw material sourcing and vendor management Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
