Job Title Purchase Executive Experience 1 - 3 Years Industry Shipping Marine Technical Services Location Gandhidham Gujarat Salary Range 18 000 - 25 000 per month Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive with prior experience in the shipping or marine industry The candidate will be responsible for handling procurement activities vendor management material sourcing and ensuring timely availability of required equipment and parts for vessels and service teams Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end purchase processes from inquiry to order placement and delivery follow-up Source and negotiate with suppliers for marine equipment navigation communication and spare parts Prepare purchase orders compare quotations and maintain vendor databases Coordinate with technical and service departments to understand purchase requirements Ensure timely procurement and dispatch of materials to vessels or sites Track shipment delivery schedules and maintain stock records Manage purchase documentation invoices and records as per company policy Ensure cost-effective buying while maintaining quality standards Coordinate with finance for payment processing and vendor settlements Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Supply Chain Marine Engineering or related field 1-3 years of relevant experience in the shipping or marine industry mandatory Strong knowledge of marine equipment spares and procurement procedures Good negotiation and communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
