About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis and Scrum to lead and deliver complex technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial link between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful project outcomes through effective planning, execution, and delivery. This role requires a balanced blend of project management expertise, analytical capability, and hands-on Agile/Scrum experience. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery - Lead end-to-end technical project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved. - Develop and manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and governance. Business Analysis - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications. - Support functional and UAT testing to ensure deliverables meet business expectations. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and change requests. Agile/Scrum Leadership - Act as Scrum Master for Agile projects, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. - Manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, and remove impediments to ensure continuous delivery. - Promote Agile best practices and coach teams on Scrum principles. Stakeholder & Team Management - Serve as a single point of contact for business teams, technical teams, and leadership. - Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly and proactively. - Build strong relationships across distributed/global teams. - Manage vendor interactions as needed. Required Skills & Experience - 7–10 years of experience in Project Management with hands-on Business Analysis exposure. - Strong background in managing technical projects (application development, integrations, cloud, or enterprise systems). - Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Scrum Master experiencepreferred. - Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar. - Solid understanding of SDLC, system architecture, APIs, data flows, and integration projects. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe, PRINCE2, or equivalent. - Experience with SQL queries, reporting tools, or basic data analysis. - Exposure to Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or DevOps practices. - Experience working with US/global teams across multiple time zones.
