Job Description Our client is a fast-growing fintech platform enabling businesses, NBFCs, and enterprises to collect payments seamlessly via links, WhatsApp, and websites. This role involves defining the product vision, roadmap, and requirements, while closely collaborating with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and key requirements - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to ensure successful delivery - Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI, NPCI, and other relevant financial mandates - Implement and maintain strong governance frameworks for product integrity and risk control - Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify opportunities for product enhancement - Utilize data-driven decision-making to refine product features and improve user experience - Manage product documentation and agile processes using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma - Coordinate and oversee API integrations for seamless system functionality Requirements: - 35 years of experience in fintech/BFSI product management - Proven ability to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant digital financial solutions - Prior experience in digital banking, UPI, lending, or collection platforms is highly preferred - Experience in building 01 products at fast-scaling startups will be a strong advantage
